Move M*O*R*E!

Move more...what the heck does that mean you ask...? Well if you didn't move a second yesterday then 5 minutes today is MORE!

You have to start somewhere...sometime. Why not today? There is somewhere in your day you CAN add some movement or (dare I say Wink?) activity.

You just have to be willing to look for it. Hmm...how about your TV time? Research says the average adult watches 5 hours of TV a day. And for every 30 minutes of programing there are 7 minutes of commercial time. You can do a lot of good in 7 minutes. So why not start with that? The commercial time on your shows. NOw: What can you do in front of the TV? The is list is long and includes stuff you can do NOW without running out and buying a bunch of stuff. Leg lifts, crunches, push-ups, run/walk in place, arm weights using cans from the pantry or water filled milk containers. See? You can get started NOW! So the only question is how determined are you to DO THIS?
