Same-o-Same-o!

SCALE SURPRISE. Nope! Don't want it...don't need it...NOPE! So what can you do to make weigh-in more constant? What do you have control over each week at the scale?

I am not talking about what you eat all week, although you DO have control over that. But little things can make a difference...


1. Do you have a weigh in outfit? Try wearing the same outfit each week when you weigh in. That's a constant you can control!
2. If you drink 16 ounces of fluid just before weigh-in it is going to weigh-in with you!
3. SALT: Salt makes most of us retain water...hence a weight gain at the scale. Watch the salt the day or so before weigh-in.

These are a few simple things we can control each week and really make sense. Anything else you can think of? Try it and share it with us!
