Last week the new tweaks to the PointPlus Plan were unveiled. I don't know about you but as a member I LOVE LOVE LOVE them! If you have been with Weight Watchers anytime at all you know they are always looking for ways to make the Plan MORE liveable. They have done it again! If you can't live with it you won't do it. That is why I constantly tell you to make the plan your own. Make it fit your lifestyle. That is the only way to be successful. That being said the new stuff is so great. You can flex your DPT for vacation, the holidays. What this does is help you to stay in control!!! Rather than throw caution to the wind for a few weeks you can adjust your DPT to give you a more comfortable DPT that you will be able to live with for a while and still keep up your dicipline of staying on Plan. How cool is that? Maybe you don't like what you are seeing at the scale recently...OK...lower your DPT for a while (start by lowering it 1- 3 PPV per day for a week or 2 and see how it goes). I am not talking about a day to day thing...you have your Weekly PP Allowance for that. For more info talk to your Leader. We also have new Power Start sessions after the meetings to get you going. There are 3 of them over a 3 week period and they are awesome. Maybe you want to stay for those and get remotivated. You can do it anytime. And research shows us that members that get off to a good, strong start are more likely to succeed. T*W*I*T*A! (That's What I'm Talking About!)
