We have a week of 2012 under our belt. This is OUR year to . In ourselves, our goals and our plans. What do you have planned for your weight loss journey this year? What steps are you WILLING to take to get there? Take a minute and actually write down something you are willing to do to move your weight loss forward this week. Make it doable and reasonable. Keep it where you can see it and see how well it works. Then next week write something else down and VOILA' ! Next thing you know you are where you want to be. How awesome is that? You can do this. Seriously! 2012 is OUR YEAR to that we can ACHIEVE!!!

Did you know you can stay after any meeting for that weeks Power Start? YUP! Power Start sessions are designed to give you basic working knowledge of the PointsPlus Plan. I]There are 3 sessions each conventrating ona different area...Spaces, Choices and Plans. Thet run in a 3 week rotation so if you missed one or just need a refresher you can get it. This week is Choices, next week is Plans and the next is Spaces. Then they start over again. It is soooooo cool. ''Nuf Said..
