There is Power in food if you use it as a tool. If YOU are in control. The POWER FOODS do just that...put you in better control of your hunger. And that is what will get you to your goal and keep you there. Power foods are always your healthiest choice and usually you get more food for fewerPPVs. YEAH! I'm not saying you will be able to leap tall buildings with a single bound. But you are going to be making healthier choices AND be satisfyed longer. And isn't satiety important to us eaters? The faster we get satisfied the better off we are. I challenge you this week to concentrate on Power Foods and see what Super Powers they have for you!

Hot Chipped Beef and Chipotle Dip Snack Time!!!
This is the coolest cookbook. Hey! I heard that thought...I don't need another cookbook...and I might agree with you any other time. But this one is different. It has great easy recipes that have regular ingredients. I have already made the Kentucky Hot Brown sandwiches and the Smoky Clam Chowder. And a friend made the Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake.
