Eating out is a way of life for most people. Not all but most...so making good choices in that respect is important when trying to stay on plan. If it's a special occasion then that's a whole different thing. Make your decision, make it fun and Enjoy! Use your weekly allowance PPVs, Activity PPVs and have a "special" time.
But if we are talking meal replacement (time for lunch...you're out and about) then we need to be a bit more AWARE! And bordome with where you are eating can be a disaster! We tend to go where it is safe so to speak. We get the same thing every time. That's OK for a while but eventually you are going to get BORED! Really...and that leads to stepping off our plan. How can we avoid that? Easy! Look around and see all the different places to eat. Pick one that looks interesting and look up their menu on-line. Most have the nutrition facts there so you can figure the PPVs.
Another idea is ask your WW friends where they eat and what they get there.
Remember: this is a lifestyle change...CHANGE being the operative word! Your challenge this week is to pick a new place to eat, look it up and find something you will enjoy with in your PPVs and DO IT!!!
