Most of us eat out..some more than others. Eating out is a whole new skill set when you are trying to lose weight, maintain weight, eat healthier. But it is really very simple: Ask For Help! When you look at a menu you DO NOT have to order the dish as prepared. You can have the meat dry grilled (spices only, no oil.) Sauces and toppings on the side (like your salad dressing). Want a baked potato? Order it plain with the sour cream and cheese on the side, then you decide how much to use. If you want an appetizer or dessert share it with one or 2 dinner companions. If it's a special occasion then you decide what to do...stay on plan or or throw caution to the wind. But remember: Every time you eat out is NOT a special occasion. Usually you are just replacing a meal because you are not home. So eat out and enjoy it and you decide what to eat...don''t let the menu dictate and take charge. YOU ARE IN CHARGE! What you put in your mouth in the one thing you have complete charge of. Make it work for you! T*A*I*S!

FREEBIE: Here is a great easy idea that uses the weight Watchers Oatmeal: Core and Cut up 3 or 4 apples, depending on size. Place in microwavable bowl. Sprinkle one cup of WW Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal over the top.Place in microwave for about 3-4 minutes or to desired texture. YUMMOOOOOO~ and only 3 PPVs.
