Keep It Safe!

  Keeping the areas around you safe from food hazards is not always as easy as it sounds.  But that is only because we don't examine the problem.  Habits are Habits and we do them without thinking.  That's why we are trying to CHANGE them to GOOD HEALTHY habits!  Are you with me?  So...look at the places you spend the most time...desk, TV chair, kitchen, car.  See what you have stored there for an emergency.  I used to be able to live out of my car for weeks!  Guess I thought there was going to be a 3 day stall on the Expressway! Desks and chairs are the same.  Look them over and CLEAN THEM OUT! Have healthy snacks , enough for today only.. And Red Light foods...keep somewhere you don't see them every time you open the fridge or the pantry or car door.  Once you see them its a done deal!  And left overs are a nightmare to your weight loss journey if you are not thinking!   If you want to keep them divide them into meals and label with PPVs.  Great to take  for lunch...IF you are wise about it. If you are serious about weight loss and a healthier way of life you give up the luxury of not thinking about what you are doing. That's what got you in trouble in the first place. Now get in there and clean those stashes!  T*A*I*S! 

:  I love this  stuff!  Use it on salads and veggies and best of all marinate my cukes in it with a few Tbsp of dry ranch dressing!  You can get it at WalMart and Reasors and Target.  It is with the vinegar's  Yu-mmmm-oooo!  >^.^< 

Easter Lemon Cake  For some fun add a Peep on top of the Whipped   Topping!  Add 1 PPV to the serving.
