You probably all have your holiday shopping done and the cooking planned. Way to go! All that's left to do is K-O-K-O...keep on keepin' on. Follow your plan, stay on plan and plan for SUCCESS. Use what you've learned, your feedback. Feedback is the grout that can cement your SUCCESS. You know what works for you and what doesn't. Use that information to get through the holidays with ease and SUCCESS. You learned the lesson once, now benefit from it. Your meeting is a great place to reinforce your plan. It's your Safe Place...where you can let it all hang out (uh,so to speak...). Your weekly Weight Watchers meeting is the place to hone your skill in the talking stage. Talk it out and get other ideas. Mind your P's and there is NO Q! Patience, Persistence, Perseverance, Planning, Preparation...and NO QUITING! We can do this...now and always! Got that? Goodie BoxHere's a great idea for Christmas Morning Breakfast:
Popovers
6 Popovers @ 2 Points each
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup fat free milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease and flour six 6-ounce custard cups or a 6 hole muffin pan. In a medium bowl beat eggs slightly. Beat in flour, milk and salt until just smooth; being careful not to over beat. Fill custard cups/muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake at 450 degrees F for 20 minutes. Decrease oven temperature to 350 degrees F and bake for 20 minutes more. Immediately remove from cups and serve piping hot.
Serve with Cinnamon Honey Butter:
16 servings (1 Tbsp each) @ 1 Point each
1/2 cup(s) fat-free margarine
1/2 cup(s) honey
1/2 cup(s) SPLENDA
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup(s) honey
1/2 cup(s) SPLENDA
1 tsp ground cinnamon
In a medium bowl, combine butter, Splenda ,honey and cinnamon. Beat until light and fluffy.
