If you bite it you write it... T*A*I*S!

   I know tracking is a topic we really harp on.  However, looking at your weight loss journey, when did you do the best?  Yup!  The days and weeks you TRACKED!  It serves so many purposes...focus, information, A-HA moments.  If you are not tracking I challenge you to track for 4 days in a row and see what happens...seriously!  Track it ALL on your phone, your computer, iPad, paper tracker,  fancy notebook.  Whatever you WILL do.   That's all that matters...WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO DO. It doesn't have to be the same thing all the time.  JUST DO SOMETHING!  At first just get used to writing it down.  Even if you go over...not writing it down doesn't change what you ate, and by looking at it you might see a problem eating area or time that you can work on.  Give it a try...4 days in a row...let that be your goal this week!  >^.^<
